For the past 3 months I’ve been in Changsha working as Dance Director on Cheng Feng 2026 (Ride the Wind / Sisters Who Make Waves) — a Chinese TV show where 33 incredible women, all over 30 years old, train and perform live (and open mic) to prove that age doesn’t define you 👑 This interview was a moment to reflect on it all — the stages, the sisters, turning 30 while on the show myself, and what the “Cheng Feng spirit” taught me 🥹
