The plaintiff says she and her husband were walking their dog when the defendant’s dog bit the plaintiff’s pet. She says her dog has required two surgeries, but the defendant refuses to pay. She’s suing for vet bills. The defendant doesn’t trust the vet bills and said that the plaintiff called animal control on the defendant’s dog. Case: 31-059
