Iron Psalm (SYMPHONIC METAL SONG)

My dream band Sonic Dimension performing a slow symphonic metal song about reading the Bible, praying to God, running to him to seek salvation and redemption, escaping from prison. Here are the lyrics: I read the words in the blackened dawn Ink on the page, and my fear went on Dust on my hands, and the chains in my chest Still I found Your name in the place of my rest Cold were the walls where my shadow had grown Hard was the night, but I was not alone When I said, “Lord, hear me” My tongue found fire And the cage inside me started to tire I’m on my knees I’m breaking low Through every scar You make me whole I hear Your voice Through iron bars Calling my soul From where I are I run to You, I run to You Save me now Save me through I run to You, I run to You Break these chains Pull me through (redemption) (oh, redemption) I run to You The prison door looked like the end of the road But mercy moved where the dead weight showed One step, then two, with my breath held tight Like the sea split open in the heart of the night I wore my sorrow like a second skin You saw the war I could not win So I laid it down at the mercy seat And the floor fell away beneath my feet I’m on my knees I’m breaking low Through every scar You make me whole I hear Your voice Through iron bars Calling my soul From where I are I run to You, I run to You Save me now Save me through I run to You, I run to You Break these chains Pull me through (redemption) (oh, redemption) I run to You Not by my hands Not by my name But by Your blood I’m not the same The gate swung wide The dark withdrew And I was born When I ran to You I run to You, I run to You Save me now Save me through I run to You, I run to You Break these chains Pull me through (redemption) (oh, redemption) I run to You I read the words And I believed I knelt in ash And You received me I own all rights to the image and song I created.
