Summer Escape to Japan's Port Town, Takamatsu | Ritsurin Garden & Cat Island Ogijima

I spent a slow summer week exploring Takamatsu, one of Japan's most underrated port towns in Shikoku. From eating some of Japan's best udon and wandering through the beautiful Ritsurin Garden, to taking a ferry to the peaceful cat island of Ogijima, this ended up being one of my favourite trips in Japan! The town really looks straight out of a Ghibli movie!
