DJANGO BACKEND SETUP Creating the Django REST framework project, setting up the virtual environment, installing all dependencies, and creating every app we need — chamas, members, contributions, shares, dividends, loans, payments, notifications and more. REACT NATIVE MOBILE APP Setting up the mobile app with Expo and TypeScript inside the monorepo — and why we chose Expo over bare React Native for a financial app like ChamaPoint. DOCKER SETUP Creating the Docker folder structure inside the backend — entrypoint.dev.sh, entrypoint.prod.sh, Dockerfile and Dockerfile.dev — ready for deployment. NGINX CONFIGURATION STRUCTURE Setting up the nginx directory with conf.d ready for our reverse proxy configuration for both development and production. ENVIRONMENT & CONFIG FILES Setting up .env.example, docker-compose.yml, docker-compose.dev.yml and all the root level config files the project needs.
