Brett Oestreich is the National President of the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association (AMFA) and a veteran aircraft maintenance technician with decades of experience in military, general aviation, and commercial aviation. After serving in the U.S. Air Force working on C-130 aircraft, Brett earned his Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license and built a career spanning American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, and aviation workforce advocacy. Today, he leads AMFA, representing aircraft maintenance professionals across the United States and Canada while helping shape the future of aviation maintenance careers.
