Link to the program: https://bit.ly/RRS-Western For more than 20 years, OREF has honored its commitment to foster the development of new generations of investigators through research-focused educational programs like our Resident Research Symposia. Made possible in through grant support provided by The Hark Family in memory of Dr. Fred Hark and Dr. William Hark, Smith+Nephew, DePuy Synthes and Zimmer Biomet. The symposia give residents a taste of being a clinician scientist and the opportunity to gain experience in discussing their research publicly. Judges rank and score the presentations, and the top presenters in each region receive cash awards. The top three presenters from each region are invited to compete in OREF’s virtual National Resident Research Symposium, held in November. oref.org
