Everyone Feared the Alien Bodyguard—Until a Human Asked Her to Protect His Little Girl | HFY

Everyone saw a dangerous alien. A human father saw someone he could trust with his daughter. Rejected by employers who feared her species, Sava is running out of money and places to go. Then an exhausted human engineer offers her an unexpected job: collect his little girl from school, help with homework, and learn how to make pancakes. For someone trained to protect lives, caring for a fearless seven-year-old proves surprisingly difficult. But between broken mugs, tiny bead bracelets, and awkward school pickups, Sava begins to find a place in their family. Then her former employer discovers where she works—and whose child she protects. An original HFY story about trust, found family, and the courage to protect the people who have given you a home.
