Apartment Building Main Drain Clogged Up

When I arrived at this building I was shown a lot of drains in the basement backing up. I went and found a sump pit that was pushing water up and out so I believed the drain was blocked going to the sump. I opened a clean out on a stack and using the Ridgid K-60 I snaked out 75 feet but was unable to see it in any sump pit. I checked outside and I found a manhole on the road that was full of sewage. I also saw a city vacuum jetter truck and I asked him if he was here to clear the city line. Join this channel    / @jaythatdrainguy
