石上神宮（いそのかみじんぐう）は、奈良県天理市にある古社。物部氏の総氏神であり日本最古の神社の一つと云われます。古代、ここは大和政権の武器庫として機能し、軍事を担った物部氏が祭祀を司っていました。 国宝／神仏霊場巡拝の道十九番／ 別表神社／奈良県天理市 Isonokami Jingu Shrine is an old shrine located in Tenri City, Nara Prefecture. Isonokami Jingu Shrine enjoys very high status. The keys to the main building and gate of the shrine are kept in the imperial court. Also as with Ise Shrine, an imperial messenger representing the emperor was sent upon its construction.
