I’m taking on one of Thailand’s most iconic night market foods — an insect feast! A whole bag of fried insects was right in front of me, from crickets and cicada pupae to all kinds of unique insect dishes. I thought it would be impossible to swallow, but after adding pepper, spices, and seasoning, the taste was surprisingly like corn or sweet potato, with even a hint of shrimp flavor? But the Thailand adventure had only just begun. I headed into a Thai national park for a wildlife adventure, hopping on an off-road pickup truck and venturing deep into the forest in search of Thailand’s wild creatures — including wild cattle, hornbills, monkeys, and other wildlife. However, on the way back, we encountered an unexpected situation… The road was suddenly flooded by seawater, turning the highway into a river.
