"The Promise of the World" - [EN] Cover

Welp, I haven't posted anything in a loooooooooong time, so you have SingingSamine to thank for inspiring me to get off my butt and make a new cover. This happens to be my belated birthday gift for her since she asked if I could just post any new song on my channel. haha So I hope you all like it! :D MP3 link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4GJ... Adapted from English lyrics by wtfKelly28 Altered lyrics by TheMaskedMockingbird The tears that shroud my smile hide the joy within my heart. And deep somewhere there lies a promise as old as time. Even though I'm alone now, this day arises anew with the light of our yesterdays back when your eyes first met mine. Somehow I lost you among my memories. I feel you brush my cheek as calm as the softest breeze. As we drift by the setting sun, the light shines through the trees. The promise that we made will live on forever more Even though I'm alone now what wonders will tomorrow bring? Like the gentle air of the night you've made all my troubles fly. Somehow I lost you among my memories. In the song of a gentle stream, in the sweet scent of a flower, and the hue of this hour, you'll live forever more in me.
