Hoshizaki ice machine cleaning

In this video I go through the process I use to complete a preventative maintenance on a Hoshizaki Flaker ice machine. I used Hoshizaki Scale-Away to remove mineral deposits and clean the water system. I change the water filter and clean the condenser. This is a helpful guide for someone who wants to know how to service a Hoshizaki flaker ice machine.
