I beat Delirium without taking items

There’s only one character who I think can do this - Apollyon. Tainted or not, Apollyon has immediate access to ways to win with an itemless build. Choosing regular Apollyon, and ‘Void’, begun a strategy to reseting until I got Damage or Tears up.
