Is a 200Ws flash enough for outdoor portraits in the Arizona sun? I took the Godox AD200 Pro II outside to find out. Using one AD200 Pro II and a 90×90 cm softbox, I photographed Emily in direct sunlight, cloud-filtered daylight, a heavily clouded golden hour, and blue hour. You’ll see the finished portraits, the settings behind them, and how the flash’s working distance and power changed throughout the shoot. If you’re wondering whether a compact flash can handle your outdoor portraits—or whether you need a bigger strobe—this test should help you decide. Which set of portraits is your favorite? Let me know in the comments. #GodoxAD200 #OutdoorPortraits #OffCameraFlash Gear used: Godox AD-200 Pro II Sony A7 V Subscribe for more filmmaking, photography, gear tests, and the process of building First Reveal Productions. #FPV #DroneFilmmaking #AutomotiveVideography 0:00 Can 200Ws Handle Outdoor Portraits? 2:38 On Location With the AD200 3:34 Bright Daylight Test 6:07 Cloud-Filtered Daylight 7:51 Golden-Hour Test 9:51 Blue-Hour Test 11:00 Reviewing the Daylight Results 13:48 Cloud-Filtered Results 14:41 Golden-Hour Results 15:23 Blue-Hour Results 16:23 Is the AD200 Enough? 17:35 What’s Next for First Reveal Affiliate Links Sony A7V - https://amzn.to/4gcD9i4 Sigma 24-70 DGDN Art II - https://amzn.to/4xYtlyp Godox AD200 Pro II - https://link.amazon/B06JeroPA Godox x3s - https://link.amazon/A00A0y6gD DJI Pocket 3 - https://link.amazon/B02n7YNeq
