Visiting the Ballarat Tramway Museum | History, Trams & The Future

In this episode, we visit the historic Victorian city of Ballarat to explore the Ballarat Tramway Museum, a living museum dedicated to preserving Ballarat’s tramway history. We take a look at the museum’s collection of beautifully restored trams, learn about the important role trams once played in Ballarat, and explore what the museum offers visitors today. From heritage tram rides to restoration work and future plans, this is a great look at one of Victoria’s most charming railway and tramway attractions. Whether you’re interested in Australian transport history, vintage trams, heritage railways, or things to do in Ballarat, the Ballarat Tramway Museum is well worth a visit.
