Camino Frances Day 28: San Martín del Camino to Astorga

Our final day crossing the Meseta was hot, noisy, and physically demanding. We kept up our tradition of counting cats (33 so far, with 9 spotted in one village today), saw a stork family and even caught a graceful landing on video, and were reminded that surprises are always just around the corner.
