It's 1/10 scale and the basic chassis is 99% identical to the previous WPL, the Suzuki Carrier D12. D12 vs. D42 Differences 1. The D12 body is 1 cm longer than the Daihatsu D42 body. 2. The D12's hard body can be separated, while the D42's is fully assembled. 3. The D12's steering wheel is on the right, like the original car in Indonesia, while the Daihatsu WPL D42's steering wheel is on the left. 4. The battery lock (D12) is integrated with the spare tire. The D42 doesn't have a spare tire, and the battery lock is like a typical car exhaust. 5. The WPL D12 and D42 body parts cannot be opened, such as the doors or trunk. 6. The WPL D12's built-in ESC or system board is different from the D42, and the remote connection cannot be directly connected. The WPL D12's Acc ON remote and RC can be directly connected. And for the D42 and remote, you must turn the steering wheel or the remote turns left/right before connecting to the ESC. 7.
