The Kataeb Hymn (Vinyl)

THE KATAEB HYMN LYRICS: BECHARA EL KHOURY (AL AKHTAL AL SAGHIR) MUSIC: FLAYFEL BROS MUSICAL ARRANGEMENT: MIKE HERRO Translation: Move up young Kataeb towards Glory and Duty As Destiny never waits Move up Young Kataeb We are the smile of Centuries And the green colour of Hope We are the hedge of homeland During the time of danger Our symbol is ACTION With great promises Move up Young Kataeb We rebuild our ancient Glories We defend the sacred soil against the violator Lets move together to combat To drive back the invador Move up young Kataeb O Cedars — Symbol of Majesty You are our only emblem You deploy on its peaks The most sublime designs And surround the enemy from every part Move up Young Kataeb And then with pickaxes we shall mate the rocks And on the eagles' plains we shall build our homes As did our ancestors build the skies Move up Young Kataeb Young Kataeb move up.
