Hyperion First Demon Slayer Hard Malefic Star Solo [Min Cut 21.5 Bursts]

by far the hardest boss ive done. itll fk ur shit up -2 hat w/ skill acceleration + boss node. played 40 25 10 method. experimented a few strats. skipping essence for 2nd reality room for the 40s burst didnt work out for me since my gauge would go up way too high. had to do RLR pillars here and there to be safe. first illusion room- one essence, then swap when gauge is nearly full reality room- depending on cd hat, can greed first burst for 130 fd second burst, played RLR or RRR depending on illusion room jail after second burst, cleanse left altar, then swap to illusion room after before the next essence spawns. subsequent illusion rooms- 2 essence, then swap when gauge is nearly full repeat one of the bursts i misclicked ascent instead of bind which near fkd me half to death u fken dogs. this kicked me out of reality early which forced me to do a burst in illusion room. had to sack burst or jump around during ror sometimes as gauge was the priority went back to illusion room for final burst since i knew i had the dmg. didnt want to risk gauging out. overall was keeping my eye on the clock to estimate if i should greed 130 fd (at least for the rapid throw) or settle for 120 fd (with more incentive greeding if its ori burst). with the goal to have 26~s for the final burst when ori comes off cd. theoretical min spec would be lower but that requires playing perfect illusion room which may not be practical on a non mage/illium class. there were a few times i got jailed in illusion room so had to save ascents/iframes for it which means i had to settle for 120 fd on the next burst. some pointers- 75% yellow ring, under 130 fd, more than 40s clock = can skip essence if low gauge if your have less than 20s on the upcoming burst, i would do RLR if youre already on 130 fd and have already procced the 25s essence, i would just bind it. otherwise gene first into bind. be mindful binds will block essence from spawning, sometimes would need to skip / postpone / manual styx during dpm i would stall the pillars to line it up better for the burst/minis (you have 7s to cleanse). sometimes i would pre-empt what my next pillar is going to be and either play in middle of on the side il cleanse next to minimise movement on-burst (remember u can now move ur ror) FUCK YOU TAKYU FOR TRYING TO MANSPLAIN HOW THIS BOSS WORKS EVEN THO U DO 3 MAN GIMP PARTIES 12MIN RUNS BLOW UP THE BOSS AND U DONT EVEN CONTROL ESSENCE
