Welcome to another cozy autumn vlog. 🍂🤍 We're embracing the rainy days of autumn with simple things that make this season feel special — cozy crafts at home, evening tea, homemade chocolate treats, and a peaceful picnic by the lake. 🧺☕️ Even a rainy autumn day can be beautiful when we slow down and enjoy the little moments. 🍁 Thank you for spending this cozy day with us. 🤍 Chocolate Salami 🍫 Recipe Ingredients: • 500 g shortbread cookies • 200 g butter • 5 tbsp sugar • 3 tbsp cocoa powder • 150 ml milk • 120 g walnuts • 80 g raisins Instructions: Break half of the cookies into small pieces with your hands, as shown in the video. Blend the other half in a blender. Mix all the cookies together. Chop and lightly roast the walnuts. Add the walnuts and raisins to the cookies. Over medium heat, melt the butter together with the sugar, cocoa powder, and milk. Pour the mixture over the cookies and mix everything well. Place the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into a sausage, as shown in the video. Refrigerate for several hours. Once firm, slice into pieces and enjoy! 🍫✨ Bon appétit! 🤎 Sauce for Meat: Mix tomato paste or tomato sauce with finely chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
