Final Fantasy XIV race to Waking Sands! - Which way is faster?!

Is teleporting to Horizon and riding your chocobo to the Waking sands faster than the Limsa-tele-tele-ferry route? I wanted to do this little experiment so that way we know for sure that one is faster than the other. This was created on patch 4.56 with the chocobo speed increased for the zone. However, it all depends on your load times. I'm running an 8700k with GTX1080ti loaded on a m.2 NVMe Sata drive for this race. So pretty much load times can't get any faster than this!
