One-Story Family Home 🏠 | The Sims 4 Speed Build | No CC

In today’s the sims 4 speed build video, I created a cozy one-story family home with 3 bedrooms for my Willow Creek save file. 🏡 The house is made for a family of four, with one bedroom for the parents, one for their teenage son, and one for their daughter who is still a child. I wanted to keep the house cozy and practical, but also make it a great home for gameplay. Since everything is on one floor, it’s easy to keep an eye on the whole family and move around the house without constantly running up and down the stairs.
