Stuck, Stranded & Seriously Regretting this!! Solo Van life

Solo female van life doesn’t always go to plan… In this episode of my unplanned Scotland road trip, I manage to get my campervan completely stuck in the mud in the middle of nowhere. What started as finding a beautiful place to stay quickly turned into one of those moments where I genuinely wondered what on earth I’d done. But I wasn’t going home. After getting the van recovered, I carried on through Scotland with Leo and Frank, finding quieter places, incredible scenery and a bit of peace after the chaos. This is the reality of solo van life at 55. Sometimes it’s beautiful, sometimes it’s stressful, and sometimes you get your home stuck in a field. 😂 I left my old life behind to live full-time in my van, travel more slowly and see where the road takes me. No perfect itinerary, no pretending everything goes smoothly, just real life on the road.
