The AI Bubble Is Hiding Something Worse

Elon Musk told The Economist his guess is AI may exceed the sum of human intelligence in roughly five years. Trillions are being bet on it, and McKinsey projects $6.7 trillion in data center spending by 2030. But the bubble isn't the only card in this house. Underneath it are a power grid that can't keep up, federal borrowing, an AI-heavy index fund, and homes out of reach. In this video I break down what's under the AI bubble, what happens if it pops, and the three kinds of assets I think are left standing: power and infrastructure, housing, and essential local businesses.
