Ain't No Sunshine... in 7?

Matthew Dorko Trio takes on Bill Withers' classic "Ain't No Sunshine," looking for a different angle on a familiar song. Featuring Giovanni Rovetto on the Bass and Andrew Suits on the drums! The unusual (for this song) 7/8 meter forces new creative possibilities for the band, inspiring us to hold on to the character of the original tune while exploring it in an unfamiliar rhythmic context.
