This was part of a special series of programmes arranged under the supervision of Dr. V K Narayana Menon, to portray the underlying unity between the northern and southern systems of Indian Classical Music. In this particular programme the artistes featured were Mahāvidvān Śrī K V Narayanaswamy and Śrī Bhimsen Joshi. This recording has been digitally re-mastered to give you enhanced listening pleasure.
