wesdnday th 24 august 2022 at bury st maries roman catholic church

yes i found the st maries roman catholic church in bury its on manchester road the church is like stonegate church st helens in york with only 2 chiming bells for the hours quarters now this church in bury doesnt have proper bells like church bells its got a digital computer which strikes every hour on the hours only and at 12 noon and 6 pm it will strike 3 times then another 3 times then another 3 times then 9 times thats just the angelst bell ringing in that time nothing to do with the clock striking the wrong hours no then it plays the ave maria lords hymn to finish ok i hope you like the church not every body notices church clocks little carillons like i do or i just look on the website to find these chimes carillons in the churches by stuart mills i hope you like the bury church wasnt to bad to find no it was a little hard at first stuck in traffic but we got to bury around 11 o clock called at bury st mary the virgine first then we had a inglish little breakfast in a caffiee oppositte the church st marys church sorry there wasnt any thing on st maries roman catholic church it was shout but least you can hear it playing its lords mair tune at 12 noon and the angelist tolling 3 3 3 3 9 times then the tune playing the loyds hymn ok its like the one at the holy name jesus manchester oxford road roman catholic church but that one has got 15 bells from johnston gilliston crydon that plays tunes only on the hours only it does a bit of a long tune first then does 3 3 3 6 9 then same tune to finish 12 noon 6pm only yes it does others every hour but shorter versus of some catholic hymns and christmas tunes i hope you understand me what i am telling you all friends no clock faces outside no its got speakers on the floor has st maries roman catholic church in bury like the liverbirds clock in liverpool not proper bells on speakers and a 5 bell glockenspell that does that thank you for all you time with me its been great to have you helping me and taking me on a couple of holidays and also taking me to liverpool cathedral to ring the great george bell at liverpool cathedral i hope you have a nice month off in september see you when you come back in october i know you need some time away from me for a break but youll be fine have a good time
