There was no otherworldly mass of violence, no maelstrom of panic and destruction. The Gods did not descend from the Great Beyond to deliver their ultimate judgment to a failed creation that was the dispirit planes of the Inner and Outer Spheres. No, the Gods simply said nothing. In fact, they’ve said nothing since that notorious day a little over four years ago. Instead, it was with a brief, bewildered shock of surprise followed by a slow forced march towards the edge that everything ended. A subdued befuddlement; a resigned, if disgruntled murmur.
