How does it work? ✅ The primary target frequency is 40Hz Gamma – associated with peak focus, memory, and problem solving. ✅ To avoid habituation (reduced effectiveness from overexposure), the tones gently randomise between 39.5Hz and 40.5Hz. ✅ This keeps the stimulation fresh and maintains entrainment effectiveness. Headphones? 🎧 ● Not required, but recommended. ● Headphones help to block out room noise and usually enhance the entrainment effect. When to use this track ● Studying, coding, or reading ● Work that requires deep attention and concentration. ● Mental training or focus-based meditation. ℹ️ Learn about Isochronic Tones vs Binaural Beats: http://www.mindamend.com/brainwave-en... #GammaFocus #IsochronicTones #ADHDFocus About My Process I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session. The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
