Seven Sister Goddesses of Goa

A distinguished Lecture delivered by Dr. Rohit R. Phalgaonkar at World Konkani Centre, Mangaluru on 12th July 2022. Dr. Rohit R. Phalgaonkar is a young academic, historian, Iconographist, and research scholar from Goa. He was awarded a doctoral degree for his study on “The History of Goa’s Religion-Cultural Past: A Study based on Iconography (AD 4 -AD 1600)” in 2015 from Savitribai Phule University, Pune. He has been teaching in various colleges in Goa since 2014. Dr. Phalgaonkar is a Member of many important committees such as the Conservation Committee for Archaeology by the Government of Goa and also a Member of the Committee for Museums by the Government of Goa.
