1. Meeting Opening A. Call Meeting to Order B. Pledge of Allegiance C. Roll Call D. Declaration of Quorum E. The Council will consider approval of, or edits to, the evening’s meeting agenda. F. The Council will consider approval of the minutes of the previous meeting - September 8th, 2026 2. Old Business - NA 3. New Business A. The Council will conduct a Public Hearing for 2026's Additional Appropriations presented by Beth Marsh of Bookkeeping Plus (via Zoom). i. The Council will recess the regular council meeting. ii. The Council will open the Public Hearing for discussion. iii. The Council will close the Public Hearing. iv. The Council will reconvene the regular council meeting. B. The Council will consider the 2026 Additional Appropriations. C. The Council will conduct a Public Hearing for 2027's Budget Proposal presented by Beth Marsh of Bookkeeping Plus (via Zoom). i. The Council will recess the regular council meeting. ii. The Council will open the Public Hearing for discussion. iii. The Council will close the Public Hearing. iv. The Council will reconvene the regular council meeting. D. The Council will consider the 2027 Budget Proposal. E. The Council will consider a Special Sanitary Sewer and Water Service Agreement with AI Properties Fortville LLC located at 7795 N. 200 W. F. The Council will consider the closeout of the EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant presented by Terry Lee of BCA Consultants. G. The Council will consider the 1st Reading (introduction) of Ordinance 2026-9__ and give feedback for a rezone of 426 Walnut Street from Residential: 3.5 (R3.5) to Commercial: Community (CC) for Elevate Accounting.
