Yes you can still eat cake on a restricted diet! This Christmas Cake has dried fruit and nuts (omit for AIP) and is absolutely delicious! Gluten free, grain free, dairy free, refined sugar free and egg free! For the dried fruit, I use a combination of dates, apricots and dried unsweetened cranberries.
