[SPRITE ANIMATION] Chun Li Skirmish

Three short skirmishes with Chun Li. Since 3D hasn't been doing much for me at all since I've procrastinated even MORE due to depression and loss of motivation stemming from my job, and my lack of a decent computer, I returned to sprite animating two specific animations. This being one of them.
