Deschutes Steelhead 2020

This was an awesome trip 5-miles up the Deschutes river. (AKA the D) We traveled through class 3-4 rapids in a 20ft Koffer sled. I took my two boys Noah & Evan (AKA EBOW) to go catch some steelhead. We catch Steelhead on the main Columbia river but rarely have the opportunity to fish the D. Thanks to Captain Ron White for getting us on the fish! I do not know about anyone else but a 7-steelhead day is a good day for me, we only fished 4-5 hours and we were back at the ramp at 1:00PM. We did not catch or land any keepers but we did have one within reach before it came unbuttoned! Fish ON ALL!
