Be sure to enjoy a meal at any of the 14 on-site restaurants. Yoga classes and fitness classes are offered at the gym; AVA Resort Cancun also has 2 swim-up bars, 2 poolside bars, and a terrace. Le Blanc Spa Resort – 🧘‍♀️ Ultimate Relaxation, Minimal Activities Le Blanc offers impeccable service and serene luxury. However, during my stay, there were no scheduled activities or poolside entertainment. Perfect if relaxation is your priority, but less ideal if you enjoy a more vibrant atmosphere. 3. Margaritaville Island Reserve – 🍹 Fun, Budget-Friendly, and Lively Margaritaville is not just easy on the wallet but also brimming with energy. Daily activities and pool parties keep the vibe fun and engaging, making it a great option for travelers who want entertainment without splurging. 4. TRS Coral – 🌊 TRS Coral is undeniably beautiful, with a beachfront location and sleek, modern design that make a great first impression. The property feels relaxing and upscale, and it’s easy to unwind here. That said, a few things kept the experience from feeling truly exceptional. Nightly entertainment was on the quieter side, and having more variety along with better communication of the schedule would have gone a long way. Service was friendly but not always as attentive as expected at this level. Small gestures—like anticipating needs were missing, and those details make a big difference in how cared for you feel. Overall, TRS Coral is a great choice if you’re seeking a stylish, peaceful escape. With more attention to detail and livelier evening activities, it could easily become a standout. 5. AVA Resort Cancun – 🌴 Massive New All-Inclusive AVA Resort Cancun is a massive property that brings high energy, modern spaces, and plenty of dining and activities. While it offers a lot of excitement and scale, it comes with a few trade-offs in terms of service personalization and navigating such a huge resort footprint. 6. Unico 20°87° Hotel Riviera Maya – 🎨 Aesthetic Gem with Room to Impress Unico beautifully blends modern design with authentic Mexican flair, offering a stylish and immersive experience. While nothing particularly stood out to rank it higher, I did capture some of the best photos of my career there. Maybe it’s time for a revisit!
