Keep the tissue instead of rebuilding it: immediate post-extraction implants

Rebuilding a ridge is always harder than never losing it. Dr. Marco Redemagni and Dr. Giuliano Garlini have been working together since 1994. In this lecture they show the protocol they use every day to preserve hard and soft tissue volumes at the moment of the extraction: atraumatic extraction with the Magnetic Mallet, immediate post-extraction implant, xenograft in the gap, connective tissue graft or dermal matrix, and an immediate provisional with a concave emergence profile.
