What does it take to become a Poderosa? Is it the title? The accomplishments? The seat at the table? Or is it what you do once you get there? This month on Women Who Lead, Teresa Palacios Smith celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with three dynamic Latina leaders who have built successful careers while continuing to lead, grow, mentor, and make their mark on the industry.
