The impressive structure of this shrine consists of 370 wooden pillars that speak of architectural excellence. It is surrounded by broad lanes, and covers a large area that is 384 feet in length and 381 feet in breadth. A square-shaped garden lies in the centre of this mosque that can be used as a prayer space. Over 33,333 people can offer prayer at a time in this mosque. The mosque is a significant religious edifice, situated in the heart of the city's old part. This mosque was constructed in AD 1400, under the patronage of Sultan Sikandar.
