White Ribbon Day is a song for peace written by Martin Smith and recorded by Delirious? in 1996. It was inspired by the people of both Ireland and Northern Ireland marching for peace in Feb 1996. In the aftermath of the horrendous terrorist attack in Israel on October 7, 2023, and the consequent military action against Hamas in Gaza, thousands are dying in a conflict with deep history. So here's my simple offering of a song that urges us to Pray For Peace. The Geneva Academy is monitoring over 100 armed conflicts in the world right now. Violence begets violence.
