Push your elbows against your body. You can also suppor your arms by placing your elbows on your hips. Make sure you keep the 90 degree angle in your elbows all the time. TIPS FOR A FLYER: Place your feet as close to the Bases elbows as possible, it'll be easier for him. Don't bend or lean back when you're standing.
