Flag In? Or Flag Out?.. THE ANSWER!

Flag In? Or Flag Out?.. THE ANSWER! flag in vs flag out! Should you play golf in 2019 with the flag in or the flag out? thanks to the new rules of golf in 2019, we now have the option to putt with the flag in, but will this help us lower our scores? or will it do the opposite? will it hit the flag and stay out? The whole idea behind the rule change is to speed up golf and allow us to play golf faster. So when your playing golf with your brand new Titleist scotty Cameron putter... or Taylormade Spider putter... should you take it out... or leave it in? I put this to the ultimate test. Lets do it... and lets do it now!
