Been a while since we had a not so broken character... Just like Pianissimo, Effulgence has low damage without either Alisa or Veronica to buff her with full crit damage. Might be the the first breaker character with not so good damage. I've been thinking whether I should upload this video or not at and wait for next week's siege.
