👹 THE BUTT WHISTLER 👹 The Grafton Monster is one of West Virginia's strangest cryptid legends — a towering, terrifying creature reportedly spotted near Grafton in the 1960s. There are mysterious sightings. Strange sounds in the woods. Conflicting descriptions. A newspaper story that helped send the legend into overdrive. And eventually... questions about how much of the whole thing was actually true. Naturally, we approached this serious piece of cryptid history with the maturity and dignity it deserves. So yes, this episode contains actual research, creepy eyewitness accounts, and a whole lot of discussion about the Grafton Monster. It also contains the phrase “How's he whistling if he doesn't have a head?” You have been warned. 😂 👻 Welcome to Chronically Creepy, where we tell creepy stories, investigate weird history, and somehow always end up talking about someone's butt. 🎧 Listen on Spotify and wherever you get your podcasts! #ChronicallyCreepy #GraftonMonster #TheButtWhistler #WestVirginia #Cryptids #CryptidStories #paranormal #creepypodcast
