I miiiiiiiight have liked this one - and the video is pretty extra, be warned. Thankfully, you've got the chapters as usual to watch what you want - I couldn't help sharing some things that I think are awesome, and that this piece intensely reminded me of. There's definitely a few treats throughout the video, and the usual podcast-esque tangents.
It's hard not to be tempted to make something like this into a really high-quality, planned and produced video, but as I already struggle with uploading as often as I'd like, I have to cut my losses and just be okay with what I come up with after an hour of filming and about 3 hours of editing and finishing up. I could spend weeks following through on what would be a truly good video breaking down a piece of music like this. So, I hope some of you keep enjoying what I come up with from a bit of extra work, but not letting myself run totally wild (and then you get 1 video a month hahaha). Compromises!!
There's probably some blatant mistakes in some of the editing or the cuts, but it's hard to rewatch everything enough to avoid missing anything. I just live with the fact that unbeknownst to me, people might see some embarrassing failure where I forgot to cut some awkward thing out. That's life lmao
I actually have ~8 recorded reactions that haven't been edited yet, so that tells you something about how much editing has become the larger part of the process. I'd still like to improve my workflow and be able to get out videos every day or every other day, but for now they're still a little more spaced out and I finish them when I can!
