God Can Turn Your Deepest Pain Into Your Greatest Purpose | Pastor Josh Howerton

God Can Turn Your Deepest Pain Into Your Greatest Purpose | Pastor Josh Howerton Why does God allow suffering, and what should you do when life completely falls apart? In this climactic conclusion to the book of Acts (Acts 28), Pastor Josh Howerton unpacks the profound truth behind the trials of the Apostle Paul, from shipwrecks and barbarian shores to venomous viper bites and Roman imprisonment. You will discover the three biblical roots of pain—general fallen creation, human sin, and demonic warfare—and why suffering does not mean God has abandoned your calling. Paul’s life proves that true disciples don’t build their joy on temporary happenings, but on Jesus Christ, turning bitter losses into eternal gains. Pastor Josh also shares the inspiring, unforgettable story of Kelly Goudreau, demonstrating how God takes terminal diagnosis, heartache, and opposition to build a miraculous platform for the Gospel. If you are walking through fire, spiritual warfare, or profound grief, this message will equip you to stop squandering your suffering, stand firm in spiritual authority, and watch God turn your deepest misery into your greatest ministry.
