This way players of all types can be compared equally on the same highscores. Game tick (tick) - A game tick refers to the metric of time runescape runs by. A game tick is exactly 0.6 seconds. There are roughly 6,000 game ticks per hour. The minimum amount of time something can happen in game is one game tick, excluding the possibility of multiple actions every tick, like fletching more than one set of darts every tick. Tick manipulation - Tick manipulation refers to taking the action of something and using it to take advantage of another action. In all cases, to speed up the process in some way.
