My way to stay sane in the ongoing battle versus cancer and sleazy healthcare officials in Germany: decibel therapy - one transition at a time! 150 BPM - Melodic, Euphoric as well as Rawstyle thrown together for good measure. I spent a whole lot of time on the mastering. At first you think you’re done, but suddenly a couple of days vanish while trying to polish things here and there. In the end, it will always be a compromise. I’m not 100% happy, but it’s workable. Doing this with a limited software lineup and just (albeit good) headphones is tricky. Especially with the wide range of sub genres and production dates that is typical for me. Leave your opinion on this topic, the song selection, the transitions, effects etc. if you like.
