iRO Chaos - Geneticist Cart Tornado with Genetic Stone II vs Tomb of the Fallen (Biolab 5)

I try to make this build work in biolab 5 dungeons, Even though I have the item that can reduce the cooldown of cart tornado to 0.3 seconds, It's still very bad the skill itself can only dose damage in a 5x5 area around the user and The skill itself has too many requirements to make it good, But I don't really care about Meta build, That's why I play Ragnarok Online for fun not for competition.
