Anthony Barr Reveals the CRAZY Backlash After His Hit on Aaron Rodgers | BOS EP17

Anthony Barr is finally telling his side of one of the most controversial hits in NFL history. On this episode of Bent Outta Shape, Anthony and Eric Kendricks revisit the infamous 2017 hit that broke Aaron Rodgers' collarbone, the CRAZY backlash that followed, and how the incident helped change the way quarterbacks are protected in the NFL. Anthony opens up about what really happened on the field, why he never believed the hit was dirty, and the hundreds of death threats he received from angry Green Bay Packers fans. Eric shares his firsthand memories of the play, the immediate aftermath, and how the NFL's roughing-the-passer rules have evolved since that moment. The guys also sound off on NFL officiating, questioning whether referees have gone too far with penalties and controversial calls that are changing the outcomes of games. Meanwhile, the UCLA Bruins are 6-0! Eric and Anthony return to the Rose Bowl to watch their alma mater take down Wisconsin and remain undefeated. They break down UCLA's incredible turnaround under Bob Chesney, the team's new identity, and why Bruins fans need to start showing up to support one of the hottest teams in college football. Around the NFL, the guys discuss the Green Bay Packers' resurgence, the Cowboys' struggles, the Patriots and Texans finding momentum, and what really matters when building a Super Bowl contender. Plus, they react to the concerning Jalen Hurts health situation and debate whether NFL teams are doing enough to protect their players. And of course, things get hilarious when the guys debate Tesla vs. Porsche, which popular movies are overrated, and whether they'd rather fight a kangaroo every year or a chimpanzee once in their lifetime.
